Overview Project

PasarPolis is one of the aggregator platforms (insurance bidders) for insurance. Present for 5 years, now we continue to grow and become the first and leading Insurance Technology (Insurtech) platform in Indonesia with a focus on micro transactions. We are here to simplify and speed up the entire process from purchasing the right policy to claiming. While Employee Benefit Pasarpolis is one of the insurance service products by PasarPolis with a special purpose for company employees, both on a small and large scale.

Defining The Problem

PasarPolis wants users to be able to find information about their products and services and to be able to find relevant contacts to learn more about these products and services.

Target Users

Gender : Not specific Age : 25 - 50 years old Profession : HR, Management and Senior Lead Geographical : Not specific, the majority are from Jabodetabek Behavior / Habits: Choose a convenient platform, full features and competitive prices in product offerings.

Although user personas have been described by PasarPolis, we were given the opportunity to explore and assume profiles of users who could potentially use products from partners.
